I can't believe how disorganized this hotel is! First, the check-in experience was a nightmare, waiting 45 minutes despite arriving at the check-in time. Then, being accused of trying to cheat on parking fees after just a few hours of use was absolutely ridiculous. And the state of the room? A broken towel hook, a loose bathroom light bulb, and the sight of men's underwear outside my window is unacceptable.

my stay was wonderful, as the hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from Krupp-Park, providing a lovely green space to relax. It’s also close to the Old Synagogue, which is just a bit over a kilometer away and a fantastic landmark to explore.

Free parking nearby was a major plus, especially since our van couldn't fit in the underground parking.
